I am disappointed with my experience.
The earbuds themselves seemed fine at first, but the charging case did not work at all. It simply would not charge, making the product unusable. I tried different cables and power outlets to make sure the issue was not on my end, but nothing worked.
When you receive a defective product, you expect a quick and effective solution, which unfortunately was not the case here. Getting a clear and satisfactory response was difficult. The exchanges were lengthy,
