We were not properly informed that there would be extra charges from UPS - brokerage, duties, etc. We did not have the final total of all the charges until the parcel was delivered to our door. ABC Canopy said that shipping was included, but we ended up paying an extra $25.37 CAD
Also, ABC Canopy did not tell us what country this order was coming from - it just said "international". China to Canada via Kentucky - could it not have come direct from China to Canada???
