So far, one item I ordered had coconut, which I'm allergic to, and I didn't realize until it arrived. Another product that I did eat hurt my stomach. There's still 2 to try. I'm cautiously optimistic. I've been eating AIP for years so it seemed like such a good quality product, but hasn't worked for me so far.
