I was there in person and picked out quite a few things to be shipped back to me. Everything arrived in perfect condition and due to a miscommunication with a family member, I thought I was missing four bottles of ILAUN. I sent an email and was told they would be shipped to me immediately, no questions asked. A week later, I found them. Of course I am shipping the four extra bottles back.
