The return code didn't work and I was informed I could mail it back by using the post office, as it was alot of items the post office quote was way over the 3.99 if using your return service. I reported this to your customer service and asked if a new returns code could be issued but that wasnt an available service. Luckily the code finally worked and I was able to send via your preferred service.
