Never received what I ordered (4-6 weeks production, as being said + delivery), but at least i got refunded via PayPal Buyer's protection. Client service wasn't the best and apparently did dropshipping with a Canadian shop, as my package was blocked at customs and the address given was a Canadian Shop which was unaware of it.

The website was good. But the order took over a month to get to me. The playmat itself looks good. The sleves I ordered use a white interior color and that makes the cards look a little cheap. Black would be a better choice.

It took for ever to get the image sized right on the computer before it would upload correctly instead of being able to adjust it a little more on the website itself. We only got card sleeves because when we tried doing a play mat it kept rotating the image the wrong way no matter what direction it was in the file.

Took forever to get here, I was also told that the image would not be crisp, so I was given the option to change the image to something higher resolution, which I pursued and was given confirmation of design. When the playmat finally came, my design was not updated to the confirmed new design.

Worst experience yet. I’ve ordered 5 mats in 18 months with no issues and this time, everything about it was a red flag. When I got my shipping notification it was in CHINESE. Unacceptable. You should post on your site that your products are outsourced. Very dissatisfying.
