First flag arrived almost broken in half. How someone in the shipping industry was able to nearly break the wooden flag pole inside that heavy cardboard tube is beyond me. I snapped a few photos and emailed the team at Allegiance. They immediately shipped an entirely new kit…not just the wooden pole. I got a new pole for my flag and then donated the other new flag to my father in law (and former Marine) to hang at his house. Team Allegiance handled this issue admirably!
