My experience with their customer service, and attention was great! Seriously, zero complaints. They replaced my flag after a corner had worn faster than the rest of the flag from flapping against the edge of my roof line, free of charge. They did also say that this would be the only free of charge replacement. But, I understand why. Savannah, the rep I emailed with, was super friendly and helpful. Took care of me, and we had our new flag and new spinners in less than aa week. Highest marks!
