To be honest had some delivery problems, long lead and then instructions and the way the product was boxed with the screws and bolts not secure did impact. Communications been quite good they are helpful just not a nice clean streamlined experience. Could be better. Also the product went down to 30% sale after purchase and no accommodations were made to allow me to reorder which I think would have been nice seeing as they are sold now for £150 less per bed.
