I have shopped at Chase & Hide previously, and this appears to be an ongoing pattern of treatment. Staff seemed suspicious of my friend and me, which made us feel uncomfortable. There was little to no acknowledgement or basic customer service. I genuinely appreciate their western trinkets, jewellery, and hide products. I also value supporting local business. However, due to this experience, I feel it would be more appropriate for me to take my business elsewhere.
