When I ordered, it sat untouched with âorder placedâ as the status. I reached out. They refunded the part of the order they were out of, which was apparently the problem? I requested to be put on the list for product restock. When I received an email, I ordered immediately. The new order has been put on the back burner and I am waiting to hear from them this time. I donât know if Iâll get my order, or be refunded again. Do I need to reach out again?
