I ordered the Muse Frame over 90 days ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The company consistently claims it will ship "in a few weeks," yet that never happens. I've sent numerous emails, and instead of resolving the issue, they asked me what color frame I wanted—gold, silver, or black. It didn’t matter what I chose because they still didn’t send anything.
At this point, I’m starting to suspect this company is a scam. They seem to hold onto people’s money and string them along, hoping customers will give up and forget about it. I haven’t seen any real reviews or proof that anyone has received the product.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from Muse Frame.
