With a measurement tolerance of 3 cm you can get a piece two sizes smaller or bigger. Mostly smaller as they save fabrics. I received a trousers missing 3 cm in length. It has a length two sizes smaller. There is no partial refund. You can get 10% on your next shopping. For sure I won’t do it again
