I ordered the Tokyo Thunder Mountain / Size 9, which was listed under the men's section of the website. However, I received a W9 (women's size 9). Unfortunately, the shoes don't fit and I can't wear them.
While I understand this was a final sale, the product seems to have been mislisted, and I hope the store can consider a return, exchange, or store credit in cases like this. Just a heads-up for other shoppers to double-check sizing before purchasing.
