My order never arrived. I tried to contact the company multiple times via different means to find out where my order was but never heard back. Massively feels like a scam. Avoid.

It would be helpful to know that items are shipped from China and may take quite a while to arrive.

Not happy this was coming from China hiding behind a .co.uk website. If I had known this I would never have bought it. The wok itself seems very light and insubstantial (for the amount of money it cost) nor was it perfect, the paint finish is flawed and the interior coating is a total unknown - I dare not use it. Not happy at all. No idea what the digital cookbook is - never saw it?

Scam website that block all customer contact apart from reviews. If you want a cheap and poorly made wok for £80 with no chance of replacement or refund, this is your shop

Customer service is terrible and didn’t receive the whole product I payed for. Company doesn’t respond to you.

Five stars for the wok, One star for the fact that I never received the book, 3 stars overall

Absolutely no response from emails , always got returned as email address was invalid , tracking info didn't work , contacted my credit card company to start a dispute as felt like id been scammed , the quality of the utensils I ordered was very poor the wok is OK but even tho I seasoned it correctly it still sticks however at least I received my order even tho I don't feel it was worth the cost

Have sent several mails and messages through wedsitw about fact it has still not arrived, no response yet

Said average 10 says for delivery. Took over 3 weeks . Communication was poor and concern it was a scam . Arrived packaged damage . Goods all fine . Need to work on communication.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I've tried twice, and their contact form, to contact regarding lack of the recipe books I had ordered, a faulty wok that damaged our induction hob, and the fact the wok arrived just in a bag not in a box. There has been no reply and yet I have had 2 emails requesting to review, so here it is. Such a shame given it was a birthday gift too.
