There is no way we are able to contact anyone from Artdinox team to get the issue resolved. Called on your Toll free number and was assisted by your person called Vikas. They promised it will be taken back and a team member will call me to arrange for return pick up. After that there is no response and we are not able to get in touch with Vikas again.
