It would've been nice to know upfront that shipping would be delayed due to the sale: when I ordered, the website said the package would be received within 5 days. It ended up taking more than 15 days to arrive, and we only found out after emailing when we didn't see a shipping notice after a few days. Knowing this upfront would've helped, as the order was intended to be a gift.
