Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the cake was damaged on delivery. And secondly, while we like milder tasting cakes the chestnut flavour was so muted you couldnt tell it was there and it just tasted like cream with red adzuki beans sprinkled throughout.

We ordered a cake for our son’s first birthday. As soon as it was delivered, I opened the box and noticed that some of the icing on the side of the cake was sliding off and falling apart. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even at the back of the cake, but right next to the chocolate plaque with the inscription. This was a very special occasion for our family, and the cake will be in our family photos looking like this. I’m really disappointed
