I purchased a watch from your store and to this date I have not received the product. I have waited longer than the promised delivery time and have not been provided with a clear solution. This situation is very frustrating and creates a lack of trust. I demand an immediate response, either with the delivery of the watch or a full refund of my money. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will proceed to report this bad experience through the appropriate channels.
