One issue I had was that the packaging contained no ice packs, and the meat arrived at room temperature. It was shipped on 4/8 and didn’t arrive until 4/10. To ensure food safety, please consider either including sufficient ice packs or using same-day shipping—even if that means charging more for shipping. Consuming meat that has been unfrozen for 48 hours is risky and unacceptable.
