I was disappointed in the delivery for 3 reasons.
1. I was not informed prior when the delivery will arrive. At 9:00 pm, my doorbell rings and I receive a text that the order is outside.
2. There was no dry ice in the box. If I had not been home, the box would have been sitting out there for a few hours and the meat would no longer be edible.
3. I ordered thinly sliced smoked chicken. It was not sliced. I received a whole ball of chicken that crumbled apart when I tried to slice it.

Don't be fooled by the fancy website and pictures of fresh and appetizing cuts of meat.
This company should not be in the food business and more so advertising Halal meat to trusting clients who are willing to pay their premium prices for Halal premium meat not this kind of meat
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would have. They say delivery in 1-2 days on the West Coast but they don’t.
I placed my order on November 9th and I got it on the 20th. I received my order almost thawed with blood.
I would like a refund issued to my original payment method.
