I returned the pants as soon as they arrived. I didn't like them at all; they're nothing like what you show on Instagram. To this day, I haven't received the new pants. You can't get a refund because you have a policy of not giving refunds; you force customers to keep the product even if they don't like it. I wrote asking what happened to the pants shipment. Offer refunds, not offering refunds makes your company sound super shady. I order from lots of small businesses and that is never an excuse to not offer a refund. I love to use what I buy and I can't even wear these jeans. Super disappointed. What a waste of money. Super upset. I feel cheated.

Mailed out the wrong replacement item (sent without my consent or knowing that it happened). Customer service then doesnt respond. Claim filed with credit card company and will be submitting reviews on all platforms to alert consumers of these issues.

Don't buy unless YOU know they will fit. They're long for women definitely over 5'4 and the high rise goes up to my chest it feels, so if you have a short torso, these also arent for you. Customer service almost none existent, don't respond, or delayed response. Don't offer a refund so I have to go through my bank, even though items ate bagged and still have tags. Horrible way to keep money to run a business.
