Worst customer service ever. I will never buy from here again. I have clothes that can’t be returned for the right size since at some point I was bait and switched. I clearly seen items were available for return.

I really love these clothes but have a hard time with Betsey's generic sizing charts. I could buy the same size in every item but some of them I am swimming in, some are just right and some are too tight. Then with the great bonuses, sometimes I'm unable to exchange it for the right size.

I wish for a larger model to be included in pics. I wear a L/XL (14/16) and feel confident in the clothes I order from Betsey's but seeing it on a model my size would help me to order more. A few of the sweaters I've gotten are gorgeous but a little too short for my liking. I might have picked something else had I been able to see it on a different body type.
