The overall experience was fine, but I was pretty hesitant to order due to the restrictive nature of the return policy. The prices are also pretty high so I had to be very choosy. Besides those two things, everything was fine. The shipping was really fast and I appreciated that. It’d be helpful to have sizing info and suggestions under the products.

I bought four shirts one had a hole in the back, one had a really bad pull down the front and the other two were okay. I hate dealing with the hassle of having to ship items back to you and deal with the return. Merchandise in this condition should not be sent out. I will send pictures when I get back home. I had to travel for work. I really wanted to take the items with me. It was a disappointing experience.

They have a no return/no exchange policy. I understand no return, but when I order two things in the same size and one fits and one does not, that's not a customer issue, that's a sizing/company issue and I should be allowed to exchange for a size that will fit. I will not be shopping here again given that circumstance.
