Love the selection of clothing but wish there was a way we could return things that aren’t always true to size. Some boutiques online provide options to prepurchase paid returns in case an item doesn’t fit. You just put the item back in its original packaging and use their QR code to return it. It’s a lot cheaper than having to pay for the returns through USPS or UPS. My last return with two items was almost $19 through USPS and that was the cheapest rate.

The only think with mail order you can't determine
how the items runs. It would be nice you could tell if this
item runs true to size, smaller or larger. In the store some of the large knits were way too small. I would not wear my clothing that tight.
