My experience with Zoberlo was very disappointing. I purchased the Mama's Bonding Comforter in preparation for my baby's arrival (I’m 12 weeks pregnant). I chose the smaller size since I’m petite, but when the item arrived, I couldn’t even put it on, so it certainly wouldn’t fit once my baby is here.
I immediately reached out to exchange it for the larger size or return it, but was told exchanges were not possible and that the only option was a 10% partial refund.
