I purchased a Professional Chrono when they were released, after months of hard wear and tear, I lost a screw on the buckle. I emailed them about the issue, expecting to have to pay for a new screw. Ji’s response was to send me a brand new band and to ask the team at Sangin to loctite the new one. This review extends beyond the band itself, serving as a testament to the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be with them for a long time to come.

Shopping experience was great. I work on a tug boat and im gone 3 weeks at a time. I was able to waive the signature needed for drop off which was very convenient and nice. Im sure it would of been annoying teying to get the package 2 1/2 weeks after if was suppose to be delivered. 10-10 SANGIN all day
