I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order for an office birthday celebration.
The initial delivery of 48 cupcakes was sent to the wrong address, and your delivery person was unreachable by phone when an associate from your team tried to contact them. This unfortunate error led to a significant delay as the order had to be remade.
When the second order arrived, it was not what I originally requested. to make matters worse, the birthday topper broke.
