The company’s customer service is wonderful. Two months ago, I purchased a microneedling device from another company called “ Dr. Pen” , and they sent me a used device. The speed slowed down during use, which was very concerning. I returned it and then purchased from “ Dr. Pen US “instead. Everything—from the packaging to the product—was perfect and clearly brand new. The company names are very similar, but reviews of the other company suggest scam-like practices, so be careful when purchasing.
