The support team was nice and professional, but I did kinda feel like I was getting the runaround trying to figure out when my item would be shipped. Both time frames I was given came and went. I eventually got an email from another person who I guess took it upon themselves to keep track of when the pen would be delivered. I'm glad they did, because I got a shipment notice on the same day I had decided to cancel my order. I'm so glad they made the effort!
