Ordered a wedding ring, and although we had ordered a sizer off Amazon to make sure it would fit a bit more snuggly than his last, I’d ordered a size a touch too small, messaged the company who got another one out to us in the next size up really promptly and have informed me to keep the ring and send it back in an envelope provided when the new one arrives. I got tracking information promptly not long after so can’t fault the customer service at all, and the products are lovely.
