I received a jar of body butter that I ordered in the same shipment. The jar isn’t labeled. I emailed and sent a complaint through Facebook messenger. It’s been more than a week and I haven’t had a response. This is poor customer service and even though I love the shampoo bars I won’t be ordering from Vunella any more.
