Just absolutely horrible customer service. I needed help, but no effort was made. There is no one to actually talk to, no phone number to call. The "100% satisfaction" thing is a total lie. Customer service doesn't actually care one bit. I asked for help, and it could have been given. My order had not left the facility yet. But no, that would have been too much work. So the person behind the email address (get a phone number if you actually care about customer service) just did nothing.
