The tube fitting into the base is too tight. It's almost impossible to release it. Definitely more clearance is required and I'd like to know if I can get a replacement tube/plate. Duty was a surprise but I understand that's nothing to do with Smokai. It might be good to mention that there could be duties applied to customers in various countries.
