Im new to the water game. I researched water implements when I started my new quest for fitness. I bought the Hydroevolution products and found them to be top quality. They provide plenty of resistance and are using ther attached pole can do cleans and high pulls and do chest presses while standing erect. Its not hard physically but its PHYSICALLY HARD. After using these for the last month, Ive noticed positive changes in my body and look forward to my next workout.
