This has helped me tremendously through a challenging postpartum period. I'm so grateful to have had these meals when I have had no time to cook.

Fast shipping, no problems with containers in transit. Adorable personalized note! My one piece of advice is to add the volume of food you are getting per item in the product pages (ie 1 12oz container, 1 muffin, 6 carrot cake bites) I thought most of the stews, porridges, etc included multiple containers. Also would be helpful to have preferred enjoyment temp on the container label like: “best enjoyed cold”, or “concentrated: add x cup of water or almond milk while reheating”

I really enjoyed everything I ordered, I don't think I've ever felt so good about what I have put in my body than what I do eating what I purchased from Nourish. There are a couple items it was not as clear to me what the portion sizing was that I was purchasing, but getting an order under my belt, I feel more confident about it.
