There was a storefront location here in town. We were invited for a demonstration. The scooter and all accessories were available on site. After the demonstration and taking a test drive outside we made the purchase. The associates there did everything for us including registering warranties. They set up the scooter to the right hight for my dad, then trained me and made sure we were 100% comfortable with it before we left. They even helped us figure out the best set up for inside my car!
