I put in a rush order thinking that it would be sent to me by a specific date. Apparently the rush order does not affect the shipping order and it’s separate. When I received the email that it shipped, it was already two days too late and I asked them for a refund which they said no. Then when I got to my house, the product never even got delivered. I asked for a refund again and they still not have got back to me that was over a week ago.
