Horrible customer service. Received the wrong item and asked to exchange within the time period and they denied it. I emailed several times to rectify. They decided “final sale” for no reason at all. Buyer be aware! Avoid!

Feels like a bait and switch. The earrings aren’t worth $20 to be honest. Feels like something out of a bubble gum machine.

Return window is only a week? I didn’t even have time to try them on within a week. Will not order from this company again.

I reached out to customer service with issues with my product that were not disclosed in the product description. I ultimately requested a return, but unfortunately encountered no willingness to compromise or offer any meaningful resolution to the issue. While the earrings themselves were beautiful, the lack of transparency in the product description and the disappointing customer service experience mean I would not recommend this company.

It's disappointing that customer service doesn't understand that helping customers is what keeps them coming back. Unfortunately, this experience has lost my business, and I won't be shopping with you again

Poor business practice not having a customer satisfaction policy. I would have been open to an exchange for a smaller size or different shape.

I had set a delivery address in Florida and was supposed to be there for the delivery. I ended up not being in Florida at that time to sign for it. Grace and Thine were super supportive and were able to get a new pair sent out to me while we dealt with the ups hassle!! Thank you!!!

Poor customer service. Extremely long wait to receive item. Inflexibility and lack of response from customer service representative. Still waiting for response, but do not have high hopes. I lost money and don’t want others to lose money as well

I was so excited to get the pair of earrings because they’re beautiful, but sadly they arrived with one of the stones already missing. I reached out by email hoping to get a replacement, but never heard back.
