I had unintentionally placed two different orders for the same pair of earrings. Their customer service reached out and asked if that was intentional, and when I told them that it wasn't they let me pick out two other pairs of earrings to substitute and sent me an invoice for the slightly greater cost difference. Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Mother Sierra is truly a company that believes in it apparently!
