Didn’t receive the “free” serum that $30 on their website and the device quit working 3 days after opening the package .liftlab wont respond to me about either of these issues. I’m perfectly fine sending the faulty device back I don’t want to be out my money or have to buy the serum that was supposed to be free and another device because the one I purchased stopped working 3 days after opening it.
