I love Teressa foglia and have several hats! This style is an outlier to previous experiences. Another consideration is to lower the shipping cost for the cloth hats, since they are shipped in an envelope (vs box) and lighter weight than the felt/straw hats. $30 sipping + $10 protection seems excessive.
