I bought 2 of these and I gave one to my friend who suffers from headaches from eletromagnetic hypersensitivity. She wears it everyday and it seems to help her. I have recently started wearing mine and although I have no pains, I think it calms me. I had an issue with one of the bands not having a pin to hold the wristband , customer support Beth Barnes dealt with my query promptly and very professionally and I recieved my replacement before christmas. I thank very much her for helping. All in all, a good and pleasant experience G. Barone

I like all the products I have tried, particularly the energy bands, but I do not like that information provided about the products is contradictory and woefully inadequate. For example, in re: the energy bands, one is specifically told that they are waterproof, but then after years of wearing them, I recently discovered that showering with them is not advised since the water exposure degrades the product. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to call in to find out about all the ins and outs regarding the products!!
