I ordered my small crate from Kind Tail about a week ago. When it arrived, I was really surprised by how poor the quality was, overall. The locking mechanism was difficult to use, and there was a sizable gap in the door when it was closed. This gap made me worried that our pup would be able to get her leg caught in the door, so l contacted customer support for a refund. Even though the crate is backed by a money back guarantee, Kind Tail wanted me to pay return shipping. This is ridiculous.
