I didn’t receive the order. I tried to contact the customer care executives, but all in vain. No direct phone call from the company. Waiting for 20-25 days is a norm for them. I tried to contact via email. They assured that I will teceive the order in next 3-4 working days but after nearly a month of waiting, they cancel my order by themselves without prior informing. And well about the refund; why would they care. I only have to try to contact them for that as well. Such unprofessional behaviou

Fraud business. Order is 120427 placed on 14 Feb. today as of 3 March not even shipped, and on every follow up you have said it will ship in a day or so. Last email You sent also promised to ship on Saturday and till Monday evening nothing has been shipped.
