They do have a good collection and offers are great for a new coffee hobbyists. But service after purchase is really bad, barely got any updates on mail without asking, had to call and send mail to remind them that they need to send me the tracking ID.
They did help me out with everything but I should not need to ask for details every few days just to get basic service.
