I've tried several brands from your company over the past years, and Baba Budangiri has been one of the good coffee's....But sorry to say, that's changed....
The batch I've received this time is pathetic....The coffee taste is very poor and not worth the price.
My guess is you're into cost cutting which includes quality.....When pouring itself, i saw the coffee coagulating, and the paper is of very different quality.
I want my money back....Please refund.

Shopping was an horrible experience from the beginning, there was no update for first seven days then when I called to check regarding my order the lady on the phone gave stupid excuses that they had some people with the estate, then something else then had happened & then some other excuse and then eventually she stopped answering the call. One of the coffee that I received was incorrect grind size as well.
