I ordered the package in November and it was significantly delayed. It turned out that due to the postal service, it was returned. I contacted Solistial and they replied immediately. It was delayed a bit more, but the surprise as a reward and a lovely handwritten note made up for the waiting time. It was my second order and definitely not the last, as the quality of the products is very good and you can tell they are made with attention to every last detail.
