Shipping took about a week, and the price is high for the product. I am also sampling Sweed brand lash serum, which appears to contain similar peptides and ingredients as Plume Lash Serum, but at a more reasonable $80/5 ml tube. My sister says Sweed works well, and I might opt for this brand over Plume if a total of 8 weeks of Plume doesn't show any significant lash growth.
