We bought a shooter shoot wristband which you never sent. We emailed back-and-forth about it, and you admitted that it was your mistake and that the item was never sent and then you just stopped replying to emails. So I guess you think it is fine to take a kid money for basketball gear and make a mistake and then just not make it right. It’s hard to teach a child what customer service and shopping should look like with a failure like this. I’m very disappointed and won’t be purchasing from you.

You messed up my order and still have not sent me what I ordered. The hoodie I did get was just a Hanes brand hoodie with a cheap iron on logo. I could buy the same cheap Hanes brand hoodie from Walmart for 20 dollars. Cheap products and awful experience. I actually requested a refund but of course you haven’t responded, but then you have the nerve to ask me for a review. How about go fuck yourself?
