The octopus that saved Christmas! My son asked for three gifts from Santa this year, one of which was a big octopus. I ordered one from another company about 7 weeks before the holidays but noticed the tracking still wasn't updating about 3 weeks before Christmas. Frantic, I searched for a big octopus and found this site. THANK GOODNESS. It arrived so quickly and the quality was outstanding. A true Christmas miracle! (The other octopus? Still in transit.)

We ordered the small velvet crocodile and he is absolutely adorable. Also, the support from BigStuffed is great. During delivery the carrier messed up a little causing the package being stuck in their depot. After reaching out to BigStuffed they followed up the case until the crocodile arrived safely in the parcel shop.

The mini whale is very nice — you can feel it's made of high-quality materials and it looks great. We do have other favorite stuffed animals, but this one is lovely too.
As a side note: even though we paid for transport, DPD was disappointing. We stayed home all day waiting, but they never came. They delivered straight to the fallback location, as if we weren’t home. I wouldn’t mind paying for delivery if it wasn’t DPD or UPS.
